Purpose and everything

Purpose in life is a crucial aspect. A person leads his or her life based on a purpose. It differs from one person to another. However don't you think purpose is everything? Life without a proper goal or purpose will have no proper direction.

We say "It is my everything" and that's what I work for. We say " he/she is my everything" that can be a sister, wife, daughter, son, brother, etc. But it becomes material or he or she is expected to oblige just because they are our purpose in life will be problematic. Let me explain fighting for materialistic comfort and having it as the purpose for life will be an exhausting endless process also very shallow and meaningless. Though when we work for a good cause the by-product might be a luxury. when keeping someone in our mind while working so hard to earn for them is a good deed but ruling over them, and taking them for granted is a questionable act!

For example, I work for my family, my family is my everything. But is it possible to expect my 1.6-year-old son not to cry or not to make a fuss just because I work for him? No, you might say what kind of silly question is this? When a human being grows old, old enough to speak and think this theory flies into the sky, well the only factor that he or she can tolerate, will permit to rule.

Keeping our purpose clean and intentions clear is a practice that we all must do from time to time. Letting our ego down and keeping our politeness at bay is a necessary exercise.

Usually, priorities and purpose go hand in hand. Now and then when I keep reminding my purpose my daily tasks get clearer and more smooth.
