One day at a time!

Recently I had a weird scary dream. I don't want to get into details because the more I tell the more I get scared. The dream kept haunting me now and then, day and night. I wonder why? I may not have a perfect reason for it but I know that this happens every time something big happens in my life good/bad. We are shifting to a new city very soon and that's a big change, right? And maybe I am scared about that, hence the dream. Nevertheless, if I take one day at a time and keep doing the task of that day it becomes much easy and light on my mind.


Always in our life taking baby steps is very important instead of stressing about big steps.

Everyday tasks and spending 24 hours wisely is the key to any kind of achievement. They say we become what we do every day. So choosing the right way to spend and do tasks of our day is crucial. For me listing out works well. Just ticking off the to-do list feels like I have done enough for the day, but it's a trial-and-error method to see what works for you.


Looking at the bright side:


Taking one day at a time is such a good hack especially when things don't go well as we planned. Along with this,  looking at the bright side is what keeps us calm and helps us be grateful. In every situation, we can find a bright side and a reason to be grateful. Finally, we should all know the thought that " whatever happens, happens for a reason" and most of the time it's for a good reason.
