"I see you and I hear you, I can feel you, I can heal you."

Q: What is this?

A: Nothing much, addressing my emotions (especially my fear).

Q: From when?

A: Just started to practice.

Q: But why?

A: I want to heal myself and raise above my inner enemies.

I know that the last response was heavy! but think about it for a moment, we just keep escaping our fears, or just freeze or just bury them inside. I will tell you a story; every day in our school assembly after the prayer session one of the students is asked to read newspaper headlines. and one day it was my turn. the prayer was over and I went up on the stage. I started to read headlines until the sports section. once I started to read the sports section I froze. I didn't know why! I was seeing the next word to read I knew I froze but I couldn't resume back. my pt teacher came up and whispered the next word in my ears, I felt like my senses were back and started reading again. Then I learned it was called "stage fear." there should be some precautions to take to avoid it.

Well, whatever can be the fear there is a remedy. That is to address it and deal with it. running away or freezing or just burying it would just postpone it. So I found the solution for it in the next part of the book " Think Like a Monk". Truly a beautiful book to uncover the truth within and find the true self. Practical tips and tricks to face fears and convert our fears into our strengths are important takeaways from this book.

Will see you after reading the next part. until then, bye.
