There is always a period of time when you enjoyed the most and a few years later you will end up having exact same fun or even more in a very less period of time than before! Along with happiness, we also have the chance to gain lessons for life.

School days were the best days of my life. Every year I was excited, I was also nervous, and I had fun in between the ups and downs. Those are the friendships that are strong, deep and meaningful! Those are the teachers who laid a good foundation for my future, for whom I m always grateful (pardon my mischiefs back then), those are the lessons learnt which are so deeply embedded in me (some textbook wisdom and a lot of life lessons!) but I don't have any big regrets as I look back at those 12 years. It was a sweet memorable time. Cut to my post graduation I had a blast in those two years too. It felt like a decade. Yes as I said before, lots of lessons, good friends, even more, stronger lessons and stronger friendships. All I am trying to say is these two are very similar times in my life and the happiness is the same... it is timeless!

When I speak of these significant periods of my life I immediately recall all the lessons I learnt back then. which reminds me of a concept that I read in a book called "Life's amazing secrets" by Gaur Gopal das. where he explains the concept of ice cream and a candle. Where ice cream refers to personal enjoyment, enjoying every moment of life and the candle represents the opposite which is service to others. Well, here I don't want to talk about the detailing of both concepts. I want to remember that the lessons learnt in the past should always make us more loving, compassionate, understanding and just becoming a better person in general, instead of hatred ness, rivalry, and greed. when we choose to become a candle while enjoying ice cream life is more beautiful. Let me elaborate, as I mentioned earlier I had the most fun in my school and college days that is enjoying ice cream, but I also learnt lessons and tried to build a mature personality, which is becoming a candle. We always have the choice to be sad and grumpy or grateful and forgiving. When you opt to be the bigger one you can easily move on and be happy. Last but not least smile and move on is a mantra I try to follow during all the tough times.

Have u gone through such an experience? Do u feel the same about happiness? Do u believe in those wonderful times that u want to go back to or get that again? let me know in the comments. Also like, share, and subscribe.
