Change is nature and vice versa

Recently  something happened  around me and I was deeply affected. I felt that was wrong and I felt I should do something about it... I felt like writing about it ! It was nothing but another social barrier! It didn't happened to me but happened to someone close to my heart. I even wrote a furious poem about it. But didn't post it online... not because  I was afraid but because it might affect someone's else's life. That's when  I brought out this beautiful thought "change is nature and nature is change".

When we are angry, frustrated, disappointed and don't know what to do about it, take a step back, pause for a moment and very gently keep your perspective aside and start analysing other's perspective. As I said before if something unacceptable is happening around u it can be a inevitable situation for some, for some it can be a situation which is out of their control, for someone they might have choose consciously. Also remember it is just a course of time before everything changes.

Coming straight to the point, girls weren't allowed to come out of the house and now we are slaying every field like a boss! Boys were always pressurized to be a breadwinner now they have equally supporting wives! Many such barriers are being broke over the past years but it's very gradual. Just as I said before change is nature and vice versa. However what triggers me the most is people shutting off from being broad-minded and choosing well cushioned ignorance over  knowledge!

Knowledge is power and knowledge is light!

Once again it's my perspective but other's might not have same pratical perspective! When I say not practical perspective I mean having spiritual perspective. In spirituality every single thing on this earth is right and have a reason behind it. For example there are two extremes in women's life, take Alia bhat and Priyanka Chopra, they are new mothers. Yet they are making names in Hollywood, being ambassadors globally and making India proud! There is someone in their house taking care of their babies while they do this, now they can't be judged for working when they have kids to be taken care of. Where as a there are women across the world where they chose their family over their careers and their priorities are taking care of there kids, husband, elderly, keeping the house clean etc. They too aren't for judgements! In the second scenario they see a purposeful life serving at home and in the first case they see a purposeful life in serving outside the house. See, spirituality dwells everywhere!

Few years back in a newspaper supplementary sheet I read an article which gave me an answer to my ever long lasting question. I always wondered how can a girl who lived in her house with her parents all her teenage years and some years in her 20s can adjust to a completely new house, new members and new customs so on. In a very short time people also expect her to be okay all the time not expressing herself at any point and time?! That article gave a perspective and not an answer that just convenienced me in seconds. Roughly to summarise it; a girl can be very versatile and she can see a Shiva in her father-in-law, Parvathi in her mother-in-law and a Rama in her husband and being happy with them is itself a pooja! Now it's too deep and too hard to practice but when we get this level of perspective and maturity, life is a wonderful place! After this whenever I get a question that's too complicated I try to find a new perspective instead of an answer!

Now coming back to my title, yes the very essence of nature is change and one of the best example for it, is gender equality. Now we all have voices and platforms to question and address injustice. It's in our hands to tell our son's it's okay to express and our daughters it's okay to take a solo trip! Make our sons learn to do daily chores and make our daughters earn enough money to lead their life. Lastly, I told you I wouldn't post my poem but I wanted to quote the last few lines of it.

"We are in the 21st century...

So many more barriers to be broken!

We are in the 21st century...

Yet we are left with God knows still how many Era of freedom fighting!"
